The setup, developed by RSA Cosmos – Konica Minolta, features a cutting-edge 4k 7-meter hybrid planetarium.
This unique installation is equipped with JVC DLA-NZ7BE digital projectors, putting out 2,200 lumens and offering 40,000:1 native/infinite dynamic contrast, providing vivid luminosity and intense blacks.
Additionally, it incorporates a Megastar IIB starball, all powered by SkyExplorer software. The exhibition space underwent a substantial transformation, thanks to the visionary design by Dayi Zhu from Merak Cosmos.
Within the exhibition, you can witness films narrating the historical understanding of the universe, dating since ancient Greek times.
The exhibition emphasizes the intersection of technology, design, and education, solidifying the Macao Science Center’s commitment to scientific exploration and public engagement.
RSA Cosmos takes pride in this remarkable achievement and extends hearty congratulations to Dayi Zhu and Merak Cosmos for their outstanding contribution to this amazing exhibition!
