An adventure beyond the limits of space and time...

On a December night somewhere in the Atacama's desert in Chile, Paul, Franck and their assistant Lea, are in a virtual observatory searching for "afterglows", kind of high energy radiations coming from the early Universe.

The first few hours unroll normally when a luminous phenomenon of very high intensity catches their attention.

As they switch on the "immersive vision" mode to fly through the virtual Universe "as if they were there", something unbelievable occurs.

Virtuality overtakes reality and our scientists find themselves grabbed, absorbed by a giant hole that looks like a black hole...

They are then able to observe what nobody had imagined before: the birth and melody of the Universe....

Overview

This film is an invitation to discover the Universe, towards the limits of cosmic background radiation.

Travelling through space and time, the audience discover hybrid objects: scientific objects, but also sensible and artistic objects (black holes, galaxies, nebulas, cosmic strings...)
